Headshots

Professional, cohesive headshots are important for your business - from your website, advertising campaigns, and social media, to business cards, email signatures, and more. Your clients and customers love to see the faces behind the company!

Headshots sessions take place either at the Grand Rapids studio, an outdoor location of your choice, or at your business location*. If you prefer to have your session at your business location, we'll need an open area at least 10'x10' to set up lighting equipment and your selected backdrop.

At your session, you will be able to view your photos to ensure your satisfaction. If you would like to select your image at that time you are welcome to, or after the session, your company will get a link to a private online proofing gallery where everyone can select their favorite image. Selected images will then be professionally finished and retouched (as needed) and uploaded to a private gallery to share with your company (or you may have images emailed directly to you and your staff).

All headshots include a print release and a commercial release so that they can be used in advertising, social media, print, etc.

**Individual Headshots - $150

• Sessions are about 20 minutes and take place at your choice of the Grand Rapids studio, your business, or an outdoor location.
• You are welcome to bring an outfit change if desired.
• Session includes 2 digital images with print and commercial release. Additional images are $25 each.

**Company Headshots  - start at $325

• A Company Headshot Session is $325 for up to 5 people, $500 for up to 10 people, and $625 for up to 15 people.  If your business size is in between those numbers, additional people are $50 each.  If you have more than 15, please contact me for a quote.
• Sessions take place at your choice of the GR studio, an outdoor location, or at your business. Locations farther than 30 miles may incur a travel fee.
• Please allow 5-10 minutes per person.  Sessions range from about 45 minutes (up to 5 people) to 2+ hours (15 people)
• Session includes 1 digital professional headshot per person with print and commercial releases.  
• For sessions of 10 or more people, it may work best to have your staff sign up for a specific 10 minute time slot. I can set up online booking for your staff to select their time slots if you would like.
